This was probably one of the most fun commercials I’ve ever been a part of! Our Director Justin really gave myself, Jimmer, and Matthew the freedom to play with the characters and script and I think the result shows. It was such a fun time working on this Bossman Beard Jelly commercial with the cast and crew. And that beard Matthew’s got! Let me tell you, it’s just as good, if not better in person.
Self-Tape Equipment
Actors of this day and age will know that nearly 100% of first auditions for commercials, TV, or film are submitted via self-tape. It’s essential to have a good at home self-tape equipment. The good news is the only camera you need is your phone! I have a designated space in my home for self-tapes and this is the equipment I use to help me get casting auditions submitted efficiently and in a timely fashion.
